The staff was friendly at check-in. Most sites seem to be permanent. The rate reflects the Good Sam discount. Site patio and table were filthy with tree trash and bird droppings. WI-FI worked only about 10 percent of the time. Laundry and bathrooms were clean. Permanent neighbor said park had new owner about a year ago and wasn't customer oriented. Noticed an empty site with a water leak and pool of water at check-in. About a week later the water was shut off during a shower. Office tried to justify the lack of notice for the shutoff by saying a notice was placed on the bulletin board. No attempt of an apology. I will not again stay at this campground.

Friendly helpful staff. We were only one of three campers here during our two-day stay. The restrooms were locked so they were not usable. All sites were level with easy access. I would stay here again. Take the time to utilize the park facilities and visit the Light Crust Doughboys museum in the park office.
